Choose the right path into the Enneagram.

The Iris Method offers individual typing sessions, relational sessions, family sessions, follow-up conversations, and small-group workshops for those who want to understand the Enneagram with clarity and depth.

Individual & Relational Sessions

Start with clarity.

Most clients begin with typing work before moving into follow-up application or group learning.

Iris Dual Session

A shared Enneagram typing experience for two individuals.

90–110 minutes

This session follows the same structure as the Iris Typing Session, with additional attention to comparison, interaction, and relational dynamics between both participants.

  • Designed for couples, close friends, siblings, or two people learning together
  • Individual typing attention for each participant
  • Shared discussion of similarities, differences, and relational patterns
  • Two personal PDF type guides sent by email

Iris Family Session

An Enneagram-based session designed to improve understanding between parents and their children.

Custom length

This session helps families develop shared language for motivation, communication patterns, stress responses, and the internal experiences of each participant.

Important: This is not therapy. The Enneagram is used strictly as a lens for insight, reflection, and understanding.
  • Designed especially for families with teens ages 14–15+
  • Participating children are required to complete the typing portion
  • Parents may choose whether one, both, or neither will participate in typing
  • Best suited for up to 2–3 children

Iris Follow-Up Session

A continued conversation focused on applying your Enneagram type to real life.

60 minutes

Understanding your type is only the beginning. This session is for clients who have already completed a typing session and want to clarify questions, explore patterns, and apply insight to everyday situations.

  • Review of your identified type
  • Clarification of lingering questions or doubts
  • Application to relationships, habits, decisions, and stress patterns
  • Practical next steps for growth
Iris Workshops

Small-group Enneagram learning with real application.

Iris Workshops are designed for groups who already know their Enneagram types and want to understand the system beyond core type alone. Workshops are built for 4–6 people and typically run 90–120 minutes, combining guided teaching, live examples, and applied discussion. They are a strong fit for friend groups, business teams, sets of couples, families, or any group wanting a shared language for understanding type dynamics.

Centers of Intelligence Workshop

A foundational exploration of how different types perceive, process, and respond to the world.

Perfect for any level of Enneagram enthusiast or practitioner curious about one of the most powerful and foundational parts of the system. Learn how you—and those around you—experience the world differently, and gain language for how perception itself is shaped.

Stances Workshop

A study of how different types move through the world.

Perfect for Enneagram lovers wanting practical, observable insight into how different types act, interact, pursue what they want, and respond to others. This workshop is a dynamic look at both the differences and shared patterns across the Enneagram.

Recommended: Centers of Intelligence Workshop prior to attending.

Instincts & Subtypes Workshop

A high-resolution look at how instinct shapes personality within each type.

Perfect for anyone seeking deeper precision in their understanding. Learn how people of the exact same type can look completely different while sharing the same core motivation.

Requirement: Participants must know their Enneagram type. Content is tailored to the types present in the group.
